Terms & Conditions

    • Consultation Scheduling:

      • Clients must schedule design consultations at least one week in advance.
      • Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation to avoid a cancellation fee.
    • Consultation Fee:

      • The consultation fee is non-refundable, but it may be applied as a credit towards future design services or product purchases.

       

    • Design Recommendations:

      • All design recommendations, including furniture, fabrics, color schemes, and decor elements, are provided based on the information and preferences shared by the client during the consultation.
      • The client is responsible for making final decisions on the design elements recommended by the designer.
    • Product Selection:

      • If the client chooses to purchase products through 'SHADES OF YELLOW', the designer will assist in selecting items that align with the design plan. The client is responsible for approving all selections before purchase..
    • Liability:

      • SHADES OF YELLOW is not liable for any decisions made by the client based on the design recommendations provided. The client assumes all responsibility for the final outcome of the design implementation.
      • Any third-party services or products recommended during the consultation are the responsibility of the respective providers. SHADES OF YELLOW is not liable for any issues arising from the use of third-party services or products.
    • Cancellation Policy:

      • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will result in a cancellation fee of [percentage]% of the consultation fee.
      • No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the consultation will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Care instructions

  • Curtains: Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water; hang to dry in the shade.
  • Lining Curtains: For best results, dry-clean only.
  • Blinds: Wipe with a damp cloth or use a vacuum with a brush attachment to remove dust.
  • Cushions: Spot clean or gentle hand wash in cold water; air dry.
  • Fabric: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle; tumble dry low or air dry.
  • Sofa: Vacuum regularly and spot clean with a mild detergent as needed.
Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on all ready-made products within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customised products : Only customised products are made to order and are therefore not eligible for return.However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrectly sized (different from what you ordered), please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
