Terms & Conditions

• • 1. Service Availability:
       • The Store at Your Doorstep service is available in selected cities only. We will refund your money if service is not available.
    2. Booking & Appointments:
       • Appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
       • Rescheduling or cancellations should be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled visit.
    3. Product Samples:
       • The samples provided during the visit are for display purposes only. Actual product colors and textures may vary slightly due to lighting and screen resolution differences.
    4. Orders & Payment:
       • Orders must be placed within 7 days of the visit to secure refund.
       • Payment must be made in full at the time of order confirmation. Financing options are available upon request.
    5. Returns & Exchanges:
       • Products purchased through the Store at Your Doorstep service are custom orders. Custom orders may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty.
    6. Privacy:
       • We respect your privacy. All personal information and home details shared during the visit will remain confidential and will only be used to provide our service.
    7. Liability:
       • Our company is not liable for any damage or accidents that occur during the consultation visit unless caused by our consultant's negligence.
