Custom Order - Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your order. By confirming your order with Shades of Yellow, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Order Confirmation Process

  • It is your responsibility to review and confirm all order details, including materials, colors, measurements, and pricing.
  • Once you confirm the order, it will move to the production stage. At this point, changes or cancellations may not be possible or may incur additional fees.

2. Customisation Selections

  • The order confirmation will include all customization details that were previously discussed and agreed upon. This includes:
    • Fabric choices
    • Design specifications (e.g., style, pattern, color)
    • Measurements
    • Additional custom features, if applicable
  • You are encouraged to double-check all aspects of the order before confirmation.

3. Changes and Modifications

  • Any changes requested after confirming your order may not be accommodated if production has already started. If changes are possible, they may incur additional costs based on material, labor, and time required.
  • If you need to make changes, you must notify us immediately by contacting our customer service team at admin@shades-of-yellow.com.

4. Non-Refundable Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit of [50%] of the total order value is required upon confirmation of your order.
  • This deposit will cover the costs associated with ordering materials and starting the production process.

5. Final Payment

  • Full payment is required before delivery or installation of your custom furnishings. Failure to complete payment may delay your order.
  • Payment methods accepted include UPI, debit and credit cards.

6. Production Timeline

  • The estimated production timeline will be provided once you confirm your order. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of your custom selections and availability of materials.
  • Any changes in production timelines will be communicated to you promptly.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Once you confirm your order, cancellations may not be permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • If cancellation is permitted, you may be liable for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including the non-refundable deposit and materials ordered.

8. Material Variations

  • Please note that slight variations in fabric texture, color, or finish may occur due to natural material properties, dye lots, and manufacturing processes. Such variations are not considered defects.
  • We encourage you to review material samples and confirm that you are satisfied with your choices before finalising your order.

9. Order Accuracy

  • Shades of yellow will craft your furnishings based on the confirmed details. We will not be held responsible for errors in the final product due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you during the order confirmation process.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements and details for your custom order.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Shades of yellow will not be liable for any damages or losses that result from inaccuracies in the confirmed order details, improper use, or care of the furnishings after delivery.
  • Our liability for any issues related to defects in manufacturing is limited to repair, replacement.
