Terms and Conditions for "Refer" Offer

By participating in the "Refer Now & Save More" referral program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before referring friends and family.

1. Program Overview

  • The Referral Program allows you to refer friends or family members to Shades of Yellow and earn rewards when they make their first purchase.
  • Both you and the referred friend will receive 2% of the total order value (excluding taxes) of referred friend, up to a maximum of ₹4000 per order, after the first successful purchase by the referred friend.

2. Eligibility

  • The program is open to existing Shades of Yellow customers who have made at least one prior purchase.
  • The referred friend must be a new customer making their first purchase at Shades of Yellow.
  • The referred friend must complete a purchase of ₹20,000 or more for both parties to qualify for the rewards.

3. How to Refer

  • To participate, simply share Shades of Yellow’s website link or contact number with your friends and family.
  • We will confirm your given phone number against our orders and may also verify with your referred friend. 
  • There is no limit to the number of people you can refer; however, rewards will only be issued upon each successful first purchase.

4. Referral Rewards

  • Both you (the referrer) and the referred friend will receive 2% of the total order value, up to a maximum of ₹4000 per order.
  • The reward will be issued in the form of a discount or store credit, which can be applied to future purchases.
  • The referred customer’s purchase must be completed and paid in full for the rewards to be issued.

5. Receiving Rewards

  • Rewards will be processed after the referred friend completes their first purchase.
  • If the referred friend cancels or returns their order, no rewards will be issued.
  • Rewards will be applied to your next order or provided as store credit. You will be notified by email or SMS once your reward is available.

6. Conditions for the Referred Friend

  • The referred friend must use the referrer’s unique referral link or code to be eligible for the discount.
  • The referred friend will receive a 2% discount, up to ₹4000, on their first purchase.
  • The discount is only applicable on the referred friend’s first order.

7. Exclusions

  • The referral reward is only applicable to the first order made by the referred customer and cannot be applied to future purchases.
  • The referral reward cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers.
  • Shipping fees, taxes, and gift cards are excluded from the order value when calculating the referral reward.

8. Non-Transferability

  • Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Rewards can only be used by the referrer and the referred friend, and they are valid for a limited time [Insert Validity Period].

9. Fraudulent Activity

  • Shades of Yellow reserves the right to investigate and withhold rewards if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • Referrals made with fake accounts or fraudulent orders will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of rewards.

10. Modification and Termination

  • Shades of Yellow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting updated terms on our website.
